[Performance and characteristics]
1. This series product is soluble in common organic solvents, dispersed in water emulsion, with good emulsification and dispersing properties. 
2. 1# is a light yellow solid, generally used for emulsifying medium and low viscosity Dimethicone, stable emulsion, widely used as a lubricant in the cosmetics industry; used as a defoaming agent in the medical and food industry, a release agent; Furniture, one of the main materials for metal polishing agents; a release agent for metal casting. 
3. 2# is a yellow liquid, easy to use, generally used for emulsification of low-viscosity Dimethicone, emulsion stability, emulsified silicone oil can be used as a mold release agent for metal casting, without defoaming.

[Application]
1# Usage method (for reference) 
According to the required solid content, the metered Emulsifier, Dimethicone, Emulsifier is added to the emulsion tank in an amount of 50% of the silicone oil, and then heated to 40~50 ℃, at 500. At 1200 r/min, water was added dropwise over 2 hours to give a milky white Dimethicone emulsion. 
2# Usage (for reference) 
According to the required solid content, add the metered Emulsifier, Dimethicone, and Emulsifier to 40~50% of silicone oil at low speed (60 rpm) until translucent. Shape, stirring time is about 1 hour; initially add 3~6% water, increase the stirring speed (1500 rpm), stir for 2 hours; slowly add the remaining deionized water to the stirring pot, finally add preservative, continue to stir half Hours, discharge.

200 kg iron drum, 50 kg plastic drum.

Stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. The warranty period is two years.
