[Performance and characteristics]
1. This product is dispersed in hot water, soluble in common organic solvents, and has good emulsification and lubrication. 
2. This product has good emulsifying effect on 58# paraffin. The paraffin emulsion prepared with this product is fine and stable, and can be widely used in fiberboard processing, textile and paper industry.

[Application]
1. Under normal circumstances, for 58# paraffin, the solid content of wax emulsion (including paraffin and Emulsifier) ​​is 20%~30%, and the amount of Emulsifier is 35% of paraffin. That is to prepare 100kg 30% wax emulsion to 70kg water, 23kg paraffin and 7kg Emulsifier. 
2. Preparation process: the metered water is heated to 80~90 ℃; the metered Emulsifier is added to the metered paraffin and heated and melted; then the mixture is added to the above hot water and stirred uniformly for 10 minutes, and the cooling is carried out with blue light. Thick emulsion. (for reference)

[Packing, Storage and Transportation]
200 kg iron drum, 50 kg plastic drum. 
Store and transport according to general chemicals. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.

The warranty period is two years.
