[Product introduction]

This product is a low yellowing soft finishing agent, suitable for finishing of cotton, wool, polyester/cotton and other fabrics.

Appearance: yellow viscous liquid

Active substance: 90±2%

Ionicity: cation

[Features and uses]

1, the fabric has a strong wetting effect, and is a hydrophilic soft oil with better hydrophilicity;

2, has a softer than the cationic film, the smoothing effect is better, while reducing the yellowing caused by cations;

3, can significantly enhance the hydrophilicity of fibers and fabrics;

4, soluble in cold water or hot water;

5, low foam.

[Instructions]

Under stirring, add 6-15% soft oil to cold water or hot water (50-80 ℃) of about 30 ℃, stir for 30-60 min, until it is a homogeneous slurry, you can use.

[Usage Process] (Reference)

Usually used for immersion of 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f), or by padding method, the amount used is 0.5-1% of the weight of the immersion liquid. For cotton, use 1-2% for towels to achieve sufficient Soft effect, and does not affect the fabric's water absorption.

[Packing and Storage]

200kg metal pail, 50 kg plastic drum.

Stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place (below 40 ℃).

Shelf life is one year.

When the user uses it, it should be adjusted according to his own process conditions and fabric conditions.
