[Performance and Features]

In the dyeing of disperse dyes, the product has excellent dispersibility, transferability, retarding and leveling property; this product is acid resistant, high temperature resistant, but not alkali resistant; this product can be combined with anionic and nonionic surfactants. Mixed use, but not suitable for use in the same bath with cationic surfactants.

This product is mainly used as a leveling agent for disperse dyes in high temperature and high pressure dyeing of various polyester fibers, especially in high temperature and high pressure fast dyeing.

This product is equivalent to TOHOSALT UF-350 of Toho Corporation of Japan.

[application]

The reference formula and process for disperse dyed polyester fiber are as follows:

1, formula:

Dyes: X

Leveling agent 9801: 0.5 ~ 1 g / liter

Acetic acid: adjust pH = 5 ~ 5.5

2, bath ratio: 1:10~20

3, process:

If a fast dye is used, it can be dyed according to the rapid dyeing process.

[Packing and Storage]

50kg plastic drum.

Stored in a dry, well-ventilated place.. The warranty period is two years.
