[Performance and Features]

1, soluble in water and general organic solvents, with excellent dye dispersibility, initial retardation, dye dyeing and so on.

2, in the textile, printing and dyeing industry, used as a high temperature and high pressure dispersion leveling agent for polyester fiber, suitable for rapid dyeing process.

3, It can maintain the dyeing bath dyeing under acidic conditions, effectively avoiding the deviation of the surface color caused by the hydrolysis of sensitive dyes.

4, Contains no solvent and carrier components, which contributes to the improvement of the working environment. It is suitable for high temperature dark dyeing of polyester and high temperature light dyeing which requires warm color.

5. In the general industry, used as a component of detergents.

This product is used for high temperature dyeing of polyester fabrics, which can be carried out according to the conventional process.

Dosage: 0.5~1g/L

Bath ratio: 1:10

Dyeing temperature: 130~140℃

Holding time: 30~90min
