[Performance and Application]

Textile antistatic agent JC is mainly recommended for the antistatic effect of synthetic fibers such as textiles, polyester, acrylic and nylon, which makes the textile surface have good moisture absorption, dustproof and antifouling properties.

1. The treated fabric has excellent antistatic effect and is comfortable to wear.
2. Good hydrophilicity and soft handfeel.
3. Excellent anti-fouling, dustproof, anti-pilling.
4. Stable and durable, no discoloration.

[Application method]

1, impregnation method:

The textile antistatic agent JC is added with 5-10 times of water to form an aqueous solution, immersed for 30-50 minutes, (135 ℃) → dehydrated → dried (100 ℃) → shaped (185 ℃ 30 seconds)

2, padding method:

Textile antistatic agent JC (10-30g/L)

Padding working fluid (rolling rate 70-80%) → drying (110 ℃) → setting (185 ℃ 30 seconds)

[Packing and Storage]

Stored in a dry, well-ventilated place. The warranty period is two years. 200kg barrel, 50kg plastic drum.Stored and transported as general chemicals.
